Conference Introduction
🔬
Microtubules (MTs) are important cell components involved in cell shape, mitosis, motion, transport of organelles, and signal transduction. From small organic molecules to large biomolecules, various modalities interfering with MTs represent one of the most successful families of antitumor agents to date.
🧬
As a serial event in research field of MT and their partners, Microtubule-Association Proteins (MAPs), this workshop continues to focus on the cutting edge fundamental research on MT and MAPs, and translational research on such modulators including MT targeting agents (MTAs) to realize novel treatment for tumor, neurodegenerative and other diseases.
🌍
The workshop will take place in October 28-30, 2026 in Beijing, China, aiming to create a dynamic environment for the dissemination of updated research results and idea exchange for scientists, especially for those working at the multidisciplinary (physical, chemical, biological and medical) interface of MT, MAP and MTA research worldwide.
